"Absolute Immunity": The Deadliest Weapon in the Prosecutor's Arsenal

“Prosecutors are rewarded for winning at all costs, they have no incentive to seek the truth rather than a conviction, and they are entirely unaccountable when they pervert justice in pursuit of victory,” observes Idaho resident John T. Bujak. “People shouldn't believe that their innocence provides any protection. The question isn't whether you have done anything wrong, but whether the criminal justice system is going to target you – and once you're in that system, you face prohibitive odds of emerging from it without being hurt.”

Heck, the civil justice system is no different. So long as the members of the bar - the most corrupt title of nobility on the planet - get that CUSIP number generated and pressed forward, they are rewarded well with their thirty pieces of silver.

The syst isn't set up to seek or fund truth. It's set up to create make work for lawyers and generate imaginary numbers to leverage.

The justice system in our country today is as corrupt as the political system and government as a whole. That's probably because there are too many lawyers in all of them !! From my experience, ninety-nine percent of the lawyers give the rest a bad name. The vast majority of them have NO scruples whatsoever, and will take either side of a case as long as someone pays them.
Finding an honest and honorable lawyer, judge, D.A., Public Defender, DOJ employee, Federal Agent or politician is on a par with winning the Publisher's Clearing House Grand Prize. Your chances are of getting hit by lightning are 300 times better.

I have been told by more than one lawyer that it is impossible to derive a rigorous definition of "justice". It is virtually impossible to hit a target or achieve a goal which is poorly or un-defined. Even if by some accident you WERE to hit the target or achieve the goal, how would you know?

All defendants - especially criminal defendants - should be required to enter a courthouse through a specially designated and reserved door. Above the door, incised in the most adamantine stone available would be the legend, "Abandon hope, all ye who enter here."

"Absolute Immunity"

Does that mean they are immune to speeding projectiles?

... or the danger of rope and lamp posts?

DA's use the "process as the punishment."

There are plenty of laws on the books that allow for malicious prosecution by the State.

If what Will writes here about prosecutors and the criminal "Justice System" is true, and I think it is, the implication is that you might as well not permit anyone to arrest you. If a cop tries to, you are at war, and about to lose what's left of your life IN ANY CASE. Time to stop believing the propaganda about "justice". There is none. Since to all intents and purposes your life is over, you might as well take as many bastards with you as you can.
