The nanny state insanity continues: Kentucky Man Arrested For "Terroristic Threatening" After Posting Song Lyrics To Facebook

Holt added, “As some of us in Exodus are parents, of course these things hit close to home; it’s every parent’s worst fear. These moments are the stuff of nightmares, and life, as well as music, isn’t always pretty. But when we start to overreact to things like lyrics by any band, including Exodus, and start arresting people, we are caving in to paranoia and are well on our way to becoming an Orwellian society.”

Posting those lyrics...

Stupid? Yes.

Worthy of arrest? Nope.

Kids these day... sheesh. We old-timers would've probably posted something from "I Don't Like Mondays" by the Boomtown Rats.

Just imagine how their piles curl up and burrow deeper when they hear the Battle Hymn of the Republic!

The vintage truely is being trampeled out where the grapes of wrath are stored ...

Hi Mike,
Daze gone by it was "Sex" now it's "terrorism!!" I say "remember when" with tongue in cheek, Lenny Bruce got tossed in the clinker for "Obscenity" for "what he said!!" How about Hugh "Playboy" Hefner, got tossed in jail again for "Obscenity!" I say "remember when" but most of the people reading this post weren't even born yet when these events I mentioned happened!!!!
