Baltimore prosecutor channels J. Wellington Wimpy: "I will gladly pay you this summer for ceasing to riot today."

J. Wellington Wimpy
Odds against Mosby in risky police charges.
What's the only thing worse than failing to bring charges against police officers who commit acts of police brutality? The answer: bringing charges but losing the case at trial. If you don't believe me, Google "Rodney King."
LATER: Black Spring: The ACLU Joins the Lynch Mob
Cooling down the churning cauldron of mob violence that Baltimore has become is not on the agenda of the ACLU which is now preparing to turn up the heat in cities across America.

Wow, what a bunch of self-serving, self-righteous half truths in the ACLU article.

Undoubtedly, there's race baiting afoot in Baltimore, but to couch the argument as merely one of police on black crime is intellectually dishonest by both right and left. There are plenty of instances of police brutalizing white people as well...and that trend is on the uptick as our police are militarized and have a "law enforcement" mindset drilled into them rather than one of peace officer.

Sad that this passes as journalism today.

I forget where I saw it, but in response to the 'Black Spring", one guy said "If they (thugs and rioters) come to my neighborhood, it'll be more like Blacks Spring Leaks."

Personally, I don't give a damn what color they are, if rioters, looters, and arsonists come to my neighborhood, they sure will spring leaks.
