When in peril, or in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout. That goes for the elites as well.

Wall Street's latest panic: Trump could win
"I don't know anyone who is a Donald Trump supporter. I don’t know anyone who knows anyone who is a Donald Trump supporter. They are like this huge mystery group,” the CEO said. "So it's a combination of shock and bewilderment. No one really knows why this is happening. But my own belief is that the laws of gravity will apply and those who are prepared to run the marathon will benefit when Trump drops out at mile 22. Right now people think Trump is pretty hilarious but the longer it goes on the more frightening it gets."
"The Republican establishment is in DEEP trouble."
"But if Trump's rise — and his ability to sustain it — has taught me anything, it's that recent history (or even less-recent history) is an imperfect guide to the future in an age of anger and anxiety in the electorate that we've not seen in decades (if ever). Things I thought I knew as facts about how politics and campaigns work have been upended by Trump and the anti-everything sentiment he has tapped into."

Jebbie Bush: There’s No National Right to Gun Ownership

Jebbie Bush: There’s No National Right to Gun Ownership

From The Article:

This past week Jeb Bush was a guest on The Late Show with new host Stephen Colbert when Bush said something that some conservative voters might find shocking.

When Colbert asked the Governor if the Constitution implied a national right to gun ownership, Bush seemed to indicate that he believed each state had the right to legislate gun ownership as they see fit.

Stephen Colbert: Well, the right to have an individual firearm to protect yourself is a national document, in the Constitution, so shouldn’t that also be applied national…

Jeb Bush: No. Not necessarily…There’s a 10th amendment to our country, the Bill of Rights has a 10th amendment that says powers are given to the states to create policy, and the federal government is not the end all and be all. That’s an important value for this country, and it’s an important federalist system that works quite well.

I'm not a Trump fan, but what the HELL do these elites expect? They have screwed us over for decades. Enriching themselves and ignoring our screams about the border, getting out of needless wars, the surveillance/enforcement state, et al. Now Trump comes along and gives voice to our very real angst. Would they prefer that we eschew the electoral process and go right to kinetic solutions? That won't end well for the elites.

Refusing to own a gun may cost Jeb Bush dearly

" ... and his ability to sustain it ... "

Trump isn't sustaining squat. A big chunk of people who had McCain and Romney selected for them as POTUS candidate, who handed the GOP control of the House in 2010 and later the Senate in 2014 and then saw the leadership renege on all the promises made, they're sustaining something. Something that had the Karl Roves of the world wetting their Depends.

Note that something similar is happening on the Donkey side of the aisle as well.

People are fed up with leadership on both sides that have control of power and re-election as their only focus. How else do you explain one of America's remaining avowed Socialists (communist is a bad word donchaknow) squared off against a blowhard real estate mogul with everyone else eating their dust?

U.S. Federal Government Program: Pay Minnesota Muslims Not To Kill People….

If you thought Secretary Kerry’s 2013 “Jobs for Jihadists” program was goofy, wait until you read about this one.

The U.S. federal government is announcing a new program called CVE (Counter Violent Extremism) in Minneapolis Minnesota. Under the U.S. program, authorized by President Obama, Somali Muslims living in Minnesota will be paid not to go on terror rampages. or blow themselves up.

"No one really knows why this is happening."

Just goes to show how clueless and out-of-touch these people are. Here's why Trump is so popular:

1) People are disgusted with Obama.
2) People see the nation falling into ruin and they are pissed as hell about it.
3) People are furious at the GOP establishment over the lack of action against the Obama agenda after delivering the House and Senate to the GOP.
4) Trump fights, he doesn't back down, he hits the media back, and it's a refreshing change from the normal "GOP rolling over and dying" on every issue.
5) Trump is talking about things on the minds of many Americans which Boehner and McConnell will not.
6) It's a chance for the conservatives to tell the GOP establishment: FUCK YOU.

I have very mixed feelings about Trump. Not sure he'd make a good President at all.

But do we have any good choices?

The main reason to vote for Trump is to send a loud, clear and badly needed message to the Republican leadership that they have failed. They started failing some time ago, and have been working hard at it since then.

This message needs to be sent, but I have doubts that it will be received or understood.

Actions have consequences. GOP wanted middling Mitt Romney in 2012, and wanted to play the loser strategy again with Bush in 2016. Trump has, for now, blown the GOP game book.

Republicans may be done as a party. They swore last year that any Republican was a good Republican, and all would stand to stop Obama on things like executive amnesty. Soon as votes were counted, GOP congressional leadership set about giving Obama everything he wanted.

The GOP base, tired of being belittled and stabbed in the back, may well stay home next year. Large numbers of 'em, anyway.

The charade of opposing Obama on Iran is another insult. Sure, lots of elected Republicans vowed to vote against Obama's Iran deal. But every GOP senator, except Tom Cotton of Arkansas, voted for the Corker plan that put a backwards approval process in place that let Republicans vote "no" for consumption at home, while letting Obama's deal slide through.

Not sure what America will look like by election time. Not sure how much longer America has with the bastard bunch of betrayers currently running things in DC. I don't see a tide of reformers or restorationists rising to challenge the guilty in primary elections.

So, let GOP traitors fall on their misguided assumption they'd always have the un-Democrat vote. If elected Republicans are going to govern like Democrats, why not let the Democrats own the coming disaster?

Trump is not our candidate. He is our assassin. And his target is the GOP. Godspeed Mr.Trump.

I love it that Trump is giving voice to what many of us have been screaming about for years, that he is causing the repugnicunts to crap down both legs and the Wholly Owned Propaganda Wing of the Communist Party... er, I mean the "free" press to writhe in anguish as they try to spin it, but...

1. Trump might well be a disaster as prez. He's a narcissist although a capable one- it's not too hard to imagine how he could make things worse but then, which of them, do you think, won't? and so...

2. We are not voting our way out of this mess. That's how we got here. The swamp is way too wide, deep and complex, and the one true vision, Rightful Liberty, that might have a chance of effecting a correction has been obscured to the point of invisibility for most people, the rest having vested interests to the contrary.

The resolution will be as old as humanity:

Anyone who clings to the historically untrue-and thoroughly immoral-doctrine that, 'violence never settles anything' I would advise to conjure the ghosts of Napoleon Bonaparte and the Duke of Wellington and let them debate it. The ghost of Hitler could referee, and the jury might well be the Dodo, the Great Auk and the Passenger Pigeon. Violence, naked force, has settled more issues in history than has any other factor, and the contrary opinion is wishful thinking at its worst. Breeds that forget this basic truth have always paid for it with their lives and freedom.

Wall Street elites don't like Trump? Why? Because he doesn't need their lobbyist pay-offs? Don't know anyone who likes Trump? Why? 'Cause they live in their little insulated money-world and don't want to know us peons? While the Federal Reserves free money lending to the elites to speculate on Wall st. benefited them greatly it did shit for the rest of the real working class. And a few Americans are a little pissed about it. And while they send their kids to schools dedicated to creating the next crop of social engineers ours get to go to schools dedicated to socialist propaganda and becoming the engineered. They use D.C. as their personal rubber-stamp to ram any poison like vaccines and GMO's down our throats and expect us to say "thank you sir, may I have another?". .. I don't necessarily trust Trump and I suspect him of being a shill. But he's saying what needs to be said and is long overdue. Maybe if Rand Paul would get off his ass and stop acting so polite and milquetoast he'd have higher poll numbers. He's never used Gov't eminent domain to throw people out of their homes to build a personal money making empire. Trump has. Twice. So as of now he's just talking the talk. Time will tell if he can walk the walk.

Seems that Jeb comment should be big news but this is the first I seen of it. Is it true?
Taken as true, I'd say this - So, Jeb has taken the NRA line, the errant line that gun rights are relegated to state allowed permissions even though the tenth has that tidbit about OR TO THE PEOPLE.

I don't know if it be true because I wouldn't watch Colbert if I was paid to, but even if it isn't true the point it raises should be made in the debate tonight. Many ask how this candidate or that candidate can ride or fall, well there it is. Right there it is. As for trump, an educated, open, real and correct position articulated about gun rights, framing his position about rights themselves COULD deal the deal tonight in a way that cannot be undone by the GOPe!

Regs riling illegal aliens he nails it when he told bill orielly "they have to go".... It sets aside and defeats all of the emotional responses. That comment defeats all the drama. Yes, they gotta go. Gun control is exactly the same. It has to go! If trump would say so, explaining that we require CRIMINAL CONTROL as opposed to the failure of gun control, being real in that the problem is people not guns, admitting that the Constitution doesn't allow for GUN control while it commands criminal control AND a enumerated fundamental inalienable right stops governments at All levels from infringing and abridging individual rights.... It would be game over.

Trump has already proven the Old Guard is beatable, that grounding the third rails shorts out the progressive campaign fixing. He should go all sawed off on gun rights tonight - but he won't. Tonight is Ted Cruzs chance to show he's the only one who can beat trump. And guns is how he can do it without taking a shot at trump.

Trump isn't going to become President. Let's take that fear/hope out of the equation.

But Trump is revealing the fundamentally illegitimacy and corruption of the electoral process which has utterly eliminated any chance of a candidate who really represents and serves the people rather than entrenched special interests. The reason that Trump is able to say the things he's saying isn't because nobody else has said those things better, but because he is too rich to stop being news just because he's making sense. Over and over again, I've seen novices to politics wiped out before they can gain any name recognition by mass disinformation campaigns, the kindest (and most common) of which is for the mass media to simply refuse to acknowledge their very existence. When a prospective candidate has too much prominence to be successfully ignored out of existence, and refuses to avoid speaking the truth, the slander campaign begins. Most important is that the people doing the slander be allowed to speak in place of the inconvenient witnesses. If the truth is spoken by someone who cannot be denied their unique voice...then convenient murder is always an option.

Until you've got someone like Trump, who is far deeper inside than he pretends and has far more dirt on the political system than he's revealed. Or was simply a ploy to spoil the GOP candidate field which has gotten dangerously out of hand. I frankly don't care which it is, or even if he's a shapeshifting Reptiloid (though that would be pretty cool, IMHO). Because he is tearing the mask of legitimacy off of the American political process, and now is in a position where anything he does (even shifting to his Reptiloid form on live TV, which would be really cool as a matter of objective fact) is only going to make it ever more obvious how absolutely naked the tyranny of our supposedly elected government has become (at this point, the naive little boys should be more surprised by the lack of skin than the lack of clothes, which is only cool if you are in fact a Reptiloid).

America is over. The more people recognize that in time to make prudent plans for what comes next, the more survivors will remember what America was supposed to be. And I have no problem with that.

Consent Decree: Another reason why the rupublocrats are neutered, feeble and damn near irrelevant. They should disband and be replaced by a strong constitutional nationalist party. This would wipe away all the road blocks and pitfalls put in place by the deathtoamricrat party, and kept in place by the gutless leadership of the republocrats.
